fading florals are a favorite motif and this one has especially lovely wear, which indicates it was worn and loved
would you wear it as a commitment band? as a stacking ring? it's gentle domed
while this piece has many characteristics of a victorian era wedding band, it isn't as old as it seems — hallmarkdecoding dates this ring to 1961, which means it's a victorian revival piece, which helps to explain it's true yellow hue
9k yellow gold, full British hallmarks

fits like a ~7.5-7.75 because of the width of the band, but measures slightly larger than size 8 on a sizing mandrel
~5mm wide and ~1mm thick at the center of the gently D-shaped band
weighs 3.6g

in good vintage condition
the floral and leaf designs have softened significantly, and fairly evenly and that wear extends to the double pinstriped edges of the band
overall the ring is sturdy and in good structural condition and there's time-earned patina in the design details of the eternity pattern and inside of the band
there's a sizing seam from where the ring was made(?) visible on the inside of the band, which does NOT correlate with a break in the pattern on the face of the band. the seam will likely fade significantly if polished, but removing gold patina is a choice made to the buyer
heavy surface scratches, dents and dings
